Last Saturday July 2nd a group of 10 students from our Highschool traveled to Vancouver to take part in the first academic group activity in a foreign country in the history of our school.
The students will be taking cross cultural English classes with international students at the VGC International College in the mornings. In the evenings they will visit different landmarks and take part in cultural activities.
The group, which is accompanied by Ms. Patricia Espadas, will be staying at Canadian homes as part of the immersion in the foreign culture that the program aims for.
The students will return to Torreon on July 16th.
